Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI4 Businesses website at ai4businesses.org and any automation services provided by Apropos Group LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

Description of Services

AI4 Businesses provides AI-powered automation systems for small and mid-sized businesses, including but not limited to:

Smart Auto-Attendant — AI-powered inbound call routing and logging
Lead Manager CRM — Automated lead capture, qualification, and dashboard delivery
AI Voice Attendant — Conversational AI for customer intake and call handling
Business Intake System — Web-based intake and qualification workflow automation

Services are provided on a subscription or project basis as agreed upon in a separate service agreement or order form. These Terms apply to all services unless a separate written agreement governs a specific engagement.

User Responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or entering into a service arrangement
Use our services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our systems or proprietary automation logic
Not use our services to send spam, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate any third party's rights
Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided to you
Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable telecommunications regulations, including rules governing automated calls and text messages (e.g., the TCPA in the United States).

Payment Terms

Pricing for services is provided in a separate proposal, order form, or service agreement. The following general terms apply:

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as specified in your service agreement
One-time setup or implementation fees are due upon commencement of service or as otherwise specified
All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement
Late payments may result in suspension of service

Payment terms, pricing, and refund conditions for specific engagements are governed by the signed service agreement or proposal for that engagement, which takes precedence over these general terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, systems, code, branding, and materials provided by AI4 Businesses or Apropos Group LLC remain the intellectual property of Apropos Group LLC. Your service subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our systems for your business purposes during the term of your subscription.

Any content you provide to us (business information, call recordings authorized by you, form data) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to deliver your services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apropos Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and system reliability, but we do not guarantee specific uptime levels unless stated in a signed service-level agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service subscription with notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our services, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the services ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For active customers, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
